From Our Nest to Yours

Hi! I'm Janeth, the founder of The Artist’s Nest. I didn’t always see myself as an artist—in fact, for years I believed I just wasn’t creative enough. That’s why I created these kits: to give others the same guidance and confidence boost I wish I had when I started. Each one is thoughtfully designed to make painting feel approachable and fun, even if you're just beginning.

Some of the tutorials feature my sister Karina, a professional artist and teacher, and I’ll be guiding you through others myself. Whether you're hosting a Sip & Paint Party, painting a scene, or your pet’s portrait, we’ll be right there with you—every brushstroke of the way.

What’s included in each kit?

Paint Party Bundles (Follow-Along)
A complete set for five painters: includes 5 pre-drawn canvases with wood backing, 5 adjustable wooden easels, 5 reference cards, 5 follow-along video access cards, disposable aprons, palettes, brushes, and all the paints needed.
Single Painting Kits (Follow-Along)
Each kit includes 1 pre-drawn canvas with wood backing, 1 reference card, 1 follow-along video access card, brushes, palette, disposable apron, and all the paints needed to complete the design.
Traceable Templates (Follow-Along)
Digital download with a printable template, and a follow-along video tutorial. Ideal for painting on paper or canvas using your own supplies.
Custom Paint-Your-Pet Kits (Step-By-Step)
Includes a custom pre-drawn canvas of your pet, a printed reference image, step-by-step instructions, brushes, apron, wooden easel, palette, paints, plus access to the digital guide and video clips.

Are the canvases suitable for kids?

Yes! These sets are perfect for kids 8 and up. The beginner-friendly videos include tips and techniques to make painting fun and easy for all ages.

How do I order a custom pet portrait kit?

Just head to the Paint Your Pet product page, upload a clear photo of your pet, and choose your background and add-ons if available. We’ll take it from there and prepare a custom canvas sketch just for you!

Can I preview my pet sketch before it ships?

Yes! You’ll receive a preview by email within 2–3 business days of ordering. You can request small edits if needed before we finalize your canvas.

How long does it take to receive my kit?

Digital kits are delivered right away to your inbox. All orders ship from California. Pre-made kits usually ship within 1–2 business days. Custom pet kits are sketched just for you and ship in 3–5 business days after your sketch is approved. You’ll get tracking info once it’s on its way!
