Physical kits and products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

Items may be opened, but they must be:

  • unused
  • complete
  • returned with all original contents
  • returned in their original packaging when possible

The Artist’s Nest will cover return shipping for eligible returns and exchanges.

Creative Experiences

Creative experiences include immediate digital access.

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, even if you have accessed or begun the experience.

Individual Digital Classes

Because individual digital classes provide immediate access to the full class materials, all individual class purchases are final and non-refundable.

Original expedited shipping charges, international shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, and related fees are non-refundable.
