When Will My Order Ship?

All orders ship from California. Pre-made kits usually ship within 1–2 business days. Custom pet kits are sketched just for you and ship in 3–5 business days after your sketch is approved. You’ll get tracking info once it’s on its way!

Do I need any painting experience to use your kits?

Not at all! Our kits are beginner-friendly and made to be fun and relaxing. Whether you're painting a landscape or your pet, we guide you step-by-step so you can enjoy the process and feel proud of what you create.

What’s included in each kit?

Our All-in-One Kits include everything you need to get started: a pre-sketched canvas, acrylic paints, two brushes, a mixing palette, and a disposable apron.

The Custom Paint Your Pet Kit also includes a printed reference image and custom step-by-step instructions based on your pet’s photo, and a wooden table easel.

My Item Arrived Damaged. What Should I Do?
